Butterfly Chest Expansion Trainer

Based on your own height, adjust the seat height of the Butterfly Chest Expansion Trainer to ensure that when you sit down, your hands can naturally grip the handles and your back can fit the backrest comfortably. Adjust until your arms are slightly bent and in a proper gripping position with the handles.

For first-time users or those with relatively weak strength, you can start with lighter weight plates. As your chest muscle strength increases, gradually add more weight. Select the appropriate weight by moving the weight pin.

Sit down and stabilize your body, maintaining a posture with your chest held high, abdomen tucked in, and shoulders relaxed. Grip the handles with both hands, use the strength of your chest muscles to drive your arms, and slowly close your arms inward. Feel the contraction of your chest muscles, pause briefly at the top position, then slowly return to the starting position and repeat the movement for training.

After the training, put the weight plates back in place, wipe the Butterfly Chest Expansion Trainer clean, and check whether all components are in normal condition to prepare for the next use.
