Seated Chest Press

Sit on the seat. Adjust your position so that your back fits the backrest. Step on the ground steadily with your feet, bend your knees naturally. Hold the handles with both hands and keep your elbows slightly bent.

Inhale to prepare. When exhaling, use the strength of your chest to push the handles forward. Straighten your arms without locking the joints, and feel the contraction of the pectoral muscles.

Inhale and slowly bring the handles back to the starting position to fully stretch the pectoral muscles. Repeat the movement and control the number of repetitions and sets according to your training plan.
