Usage Instructions

 

1.Shoulder & Back Shaping:

Step on the middle part of the band, hold the loops and lift arms sideways to shoulder height slowly. Hold for a while then return gently. Repeat 15-20 times to fix slouched posture.

2.Arm Toning:

Stand or sit upright, hold both ends of the band, raise arms overhead and pull down sideways. Feel the tension on back and arms to reduce flabby upper arms.

3.Leg Stretching:

Loop the band around your foot, hold the grips and stretch the back of your leg slowly to relax muscles and improve flexibility.

4.Notes:

Move slowly and steadily, do not pull with sudden force. Warm up before and after use. Stop immediately if you feel joint discomfort.
