Design Advantages

Usage Instructions
1.Pull-up assistance:
Hang the band on a pull-up bar and put your feet through the loop. The elastic force reduces body weight to help beginners finish pull-ups.
2.Hip & leg training:
Fasten the band around ankles, then do side steps and back kicks to shape hips, thighs and calves.
3.Rehabilitation stretching:
Wrap the band around joints and stretch slowly to relieve stiffness, suitable for post-operative physical rehabilitation.
4.Upper body workout:
Fix the band with a door anchor and pull with matching handles to train shoulder, back and arm muscles.
