1. The best posture for head to shoulder during running
Keep the head and shoulders stable. Keep your head in front of you, slightly retract your chin but do not lower your head. When running, let your shoulders relax and droop first, then try to lift them up as much as possible, pause for a moment, return to your original position, and repeat.

2. The best posture for arms and hands during running
Grasp your hands slightly, bend your arms and legs at about 90 degrees, and swing back and forth naturally. Be careful not to expose your elbows with your forward arm and your hands with your backward arm.

3. The best leg posture for running
Use your thighs to drive your calves, with your knees pointing towards your toes. Lift them to a reasonable height and then lower them before repeating.

4. The best posture for both feet during running
Relax your feet and do not tighten your toes. Lift your feet up to 10 centimeters above the ground and repeat. When landing, do not push the front foot too hard to avoid developing calf muscles.
