Xinzhen's Digital Twin Workshop Put Into Production, Efficiently Ensuring Production Capacity Of Leg Curl Machine And XZ Series Equipment​

 

 

Xinzhen's digital twin workshop, invested 120 million yuan in construction, was officially put into production. It is the first smart factory in China's fitness equipment industry to realize full-process digital simulation. Through 3D modeling technology, the workshop transforms the production lines, equipment operation, material flow and other links of Leg Curl machine (leg curl machine) and XZ series equipment into virtual digital models, which synchronize real-time data from the physical workshop. Managers can monitor production progress and predict equipment failures through the digital platform, increasing equipment utilization rate from 68% to 93%, and shortening the response cycle of customized orders such as Leg Curl machine from 15 days to 10 days.​

The workshop is equipped with 28 industrial robots, realizing automation in welding, assembly and other processes of Leg Curl machine and XZ series equipment, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 units. 80% of the production capacity will be used to supply high-end markets in North America and Europe, meeting local demand for customized fitness equipment such as Leg Curl machine, XZ-N910 treadmill, and XZ-1121 elliptical machine. According to Xinzhen's production director, the application of digital twin technology has reduced the production energy consumption of products like Leg Curl machine by 18% and the defect rate to below 0.5%. After the workshop is put into production, it is expected to help Xinzhen's global market share increase from the current 5.2% to 8%, consolidating its competitiveness in the mid-to-high-end fitness equipment field.​
