Xinzhen Fitness Equipment Smart Factory Put Into Operation, Annual Production Capacity Increased By 50%

 

Recently, Xinzhen Fitness Equipment's new intelligent factory was officially put into operation. The factory introduced over 300 welding robots and fully automated spraying lines, built a full-process data management system, and realized digital production from parts processing to finished product assembly. Focusing on core categories of strength training equipment, the new factory achieved a 95% localization rate of key components, shortened the delivery cycle from 30 days to 14 days, and its annual production capacity exceeded 300,000 sets, an increase of 50% compared with the original base. Meanwhile, it adopted environmentally friendly steel and recyclable rubber materials, with the green certification coverage rate of products exceeding 80%, further consolidating the export advantages of commercial equipment.
